Terms of Service

By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging any Factobuild service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Factobuild provides digital services including Brand Identity design, Web Design (WordPress/Elementor), SEO, Social Media Management, and Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads). The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon separately with each client before work begins.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or access required to complete a project. Delays caused by missing client input may affect project timelines.

Payment terms, including deposits and milestone schedules, are agreed upon before a project begins. Fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable; any refund for incomplete work is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables (designs, website, content) transfers to the client. Factobuild retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any confidential business information shared during a project is kept private and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

While we work to deliver high-quality results, Factobuild is not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform changes (e.g., search algorithm or ad policy updates), or outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed according to the agreed payment schedule.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Factobuild may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
